Subscription & 7-Day Refund Window
All our subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment.
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and not to any subsequent renewals.
Refund Eligibility After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees. This includes fees for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or unused time if you decide to cancel your account before the end of your subscription period.
We believe in our service and encourage you to use the 7-day period to determine if it is the right fit for you.
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable or inaccessible for a significant period (e.g., more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the downtime.
- Billing Errors: If you have been billed incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the overcharged amount.
- Legal Requirements: We will provide refunds where required by applicable law.

All refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
