Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 May 2026 (version 2026.05.19)

This Cookie Policy explains how KPILoop uses cookies and similar technologies. For more information about our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. When you first visit our site we present a consent banner with three equally weighted choices — Reject, Accept, and Customize — and only strictly necessary cookies are set until you make a choice. You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

Cookies can be 'persistent' or 'session' cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your personal computer or mobile device when you go offline, while session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.

Why We Use Cookies

  • To operate and maintain our services.
  • To understand how our services are used and to improve them.
  • To personalize your experience.
  • For security purposes.
  • To provide you with information about our services.

Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Without these cookies, services like user authentication and account management cannot be provided.

Functional Cookies

These cookies allow our website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. They can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts, and other parts of web pages that you can customize.

Analytics and Performance Cookies (consent-gated)

These cookies are used to collect information about traffic to our services and how users use our services. They are only set after you explicitly accept analytics or performance cookies in our consent banner. This category also covers our error monitoring service, Sentry (hosted in the EU region), which is loaded only when you grant performance consent and is used to diagnose crashes and runtime errors. Information collected is aggregated and does not, on its own, identify an individual visitor.

Payment and Billing Cookies

To process payments and manage subscriptions, we use Moyasar (our payment processor, based in Saudi Arabia). Moyasar may set cookies on its own checkout pages to facilitate transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain security. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not participate in cross-site targeted advertising networks.

First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

First-party cookies are cookies set by us on the kpiloop.com domain. Third-party cookies are cookies set by a domain other than ours. We use a limited number of third-party services — currently Moyasar for payments and Sentry for consent-gated error monitoring — and these services may set their own cookies when loaded.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A full list of our processors and sub-processors is available at https://kpiloop.com/legal/sub-processors.

Data Retention

We retain data collected through cookies for periods that match the purpose of each category. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have explicit expirations (typically a few days to twelve months). Consent records (your banner choice and timestamp) are retained for the duration of your account and for up to 3 years after account deletion to evidence the choice you made.

Error and performance data captured through Sentry is retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer for trend analysis but is not used to re-identify individual visitors.

Your Cookie Choices and How to Opt-Out

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. Our consent banner gives you three equally weighted options — Reject, Accept, and Customize — and Reject is just as easy to use as Accept. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; if you do, parts of our site may not function correctly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so external advertising opt-out tools do not apply to KPILoop.

Do Not Track

Some Internet browsers - like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari - include the ability to transmit 'Do Not Track' or 'DNT' signals. Since uniform standards for 'DNT' signals have not been adopted, our website does not currently process or respond to 'DNT' signals in a standardized way.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please therefore re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
